Vel Hulton

Ms. Hulton has been the Computer Lab teacher since 1998.  She also teaches Honors Math and advanced computer lab to our Middle School students, and Year Book to our 7th and 8th graders.  Ms. Hulton has previously taught middle school math in Hawaii and Australia, and basic engineering, psychology, math, and statistics courses at the university level.  She has also been a research psychologist and curriculum developer for the Department of Defense.  Ms. Hulton’s educational background includes a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering, and an M.A. in Experimental Psychology.  She has completed all of her doctoral coursework in Educational Psychology, holds a 3-6 Montessori Credential, and has passed the California State Teacher Test (CBEST).
