Ki’s Lunch — Ongoing
- Coordinator: Sign-up volunteers (2-4 per week) to assist with lunch service
- Weekly Volunteers: Sign up to help with lunch service once, or once a week!
School Picnic — September
- Volunteers needed for setup/clean up, grill, craft tables, games
- Look for flyers, emails, and information in the weekly email updates from MMS, prior to the event
Spring Showcase
- Coordinators (4-6 mo. prior to event through event date): Assist co-chairs (4-6 people) in planning and organizing the event
- Volunteers (up to 1 wk prior to event date): For the day of the event – setup/clean up, ticket sales, performer check-in, auction sign-up
Newsletter –Three newsletter releases per year:Dec, Mar, May
- Editors (3-4 people): Set timeline, propose outline of contents, editing, layout
- Contributors: write articles as needed
- Photographers: provide photos coordinated with articles
Dine to Donate – Summer/Winter
- Coordinator: select restaurant partners and set calendar
In the classroom (elementary & secondary) – As Needed
- As needed. Contact your classroom teacher to determine need for volunteers
BoxTops Coordinator – November/February
- Coordinator: Collect, tally, and submit boxtops 2x/year
Gift Cards Coordinator – October/November
- Coordinator: Administer Shop With Scrip online gift card sales, submit orders, and sort orders
Bowling Social – November/February
- Coordinator: Select dates and coordinate with bowling alley
Holiday Service Project – November
- Coordinator: Select charity, set dates, coordinate delivery of donations
Book Sale – May
- Volunteers: Sort and price library books for the book sale
